I started SmartDogFix.com for one simple reason: when I was dealing with my own dog’s behaviour problems, I couldn’t find honest, practical advice that wasn’t trying to sell me something or bury the useful information under pages of padding.

My dog pulled on every walk. Barked at everything. Wouldn’t come when called. Standard stuff — but genuinely exhausting when you’re living with it every day.

I tried group classes, YouTube videos, library books, and a frankly embarrassing amount of forum threads. Some things helped. Most didn’t last. Eventually I found an approach built around mental stimulation and engagement training that produced results that actually stuck — not just during training sessions but on real walks, with real distractions.

This site is the resource I wish I’d had at the start.
